Events Package

The following is a shedule of commercial or event rates as time for hire or for budgetary or forecasting purposes. They do not include any hard prints or processing and are provided in the digital format you require (TIFF, JPG, NEF-RAW, PNG). Client typically maintains unlimited rights to use images as they choose and will be provided hi-res files on CD/DVD. Copyrights are still held by Philbert Photos. Different arrangements can be discussed with regard to copyrights and there usage. If you require retouching or deep editing, beautification, etc. are beyond a couple photos, there will an hourly fee associated for that time. This can be a very time consuming effort but well worth the expense to make your images and your products look their best and with impact.

I require full access backstage passes for all Event/Concerts I am hired for.
Prior to starting your photo session
Upgrades:
Additional Backup DVD: $35 / Disk
Additional per hour after packaged time will be charged $150 per hour (unless otherwise waived)
Additional Photographer $60 per hour Event photography is geared towards people who want professional coverage at social gatherings that have a large group of people. This can include music concerts, fashion shows, corporate trade shows, social evenings, sweet 16 birthdays, cookouts, or charity functions (theres a discount for charity events). The choice is yours. With event coverage, we take candids as well as action shots during the main highlights. Events:
