Profile of a Photographer: Joseph Philbert is a Glamour photographer with various photography experiences based in the DMV area. In his years of photography, he has worked with many magazines, as well as advertising, commercial, sports and fashion. In the past few years, he has built a strong following, establishing himself from the ground up. He runs regular Photography Workshops/Events where he shares his photography skills, lighting techniques, and Photoshop editing skills. He has experience shooting various genres including Commercial, Wedding, High Fashion, Urban, Edgy, and Artistic photography. He loves to experiment with light/shadow and capturing emotion in his images. |
Although he has no objection towards studio work, He prefers artistic shoots that use available lights, ‘Natural light’ & ‘Studio lighting’ artistic conceptual photography are his specialty. He believes in shooting something that able to tell a story apart of having strong concepts in the picture. It always depends on how you perceive and how you make use of what you perceived.
He has been shooting for over 15 years. During during those years, He has been practicing and mastering his photography skills. ”If photography is the passion of your life.There is nothing can stop you from doing it.” He selects themes/concepts from the world around him.
